Small maintenance items are easily missed by most people. But at Healthy Home M.D. our highly trained staff of home inspectors have your homes best interest at heart. We strive to find these small issues before they become “Big Problems”! Oftentimes these issues can be resolved at no cost if caught early enough.

Everly quarterly inspection includes:

• Changing of Furnace Filter (1″ thick standard sizes included in subscription price)
• interior plumbing and wet areas
• appliances and toilets
• interior foundation walls, unfinished areas and where visible
• for signs of shifting or settling
• exterior inspections for loose or missing shingles, flashing, gutters, paint and caulk failures, window and door seals
• exterior grade inspection
• exterior pest inspection

Our Fall inspection will include all of the quarterly items as well as:

• Furnace cleaning and testing
• Water Heater service and testing
• New batteries in smoke detectors
• Hose bib check and garden hose removal (if not frost free and if applicable)

Our Spring inspection will include all the quarterly items as well as:

• Air Conditioner check up
• test capacitor / contactor
• Clean outside unit
• Check Freon levels
• Uncover hose bibs/ hook back up hoses ( if needed or applicable)
